We LOVE the NDIS and have been working with clients since the NDIS was introduced in Sydney.  Our multi disciplined team of allied health professionals work together to ensure your goals are achieved and that your therapy with us is fun, easy and effortless. 

We do not want you to stress or become anxious about appointments or your program, we have a dedicated NDIS coordinator helping to manage your program.  Our coordinator will work with you to develop a service agreement that works for you to achieve your goals.

Our centre has all your therapies under one roof, from physiotherapy to psychology to personal training, we can work with you to deliver a program that is tailored to your needs.

Our services include;

Physiotherapy

Our physiotherapists can provide visits for you at our clinic or at home services.  The team have worked with a range of difference conditions and look forward to seeing how they can help you on your journey.

Paediatric Physiotherapy

We believe children learn and develop through play and exploration. This is why our therapy methods involve game and play-based activities in a specifically designed space to allow therapy to be fun and engaging, whilst still working towards your goals.  

Our team can see any kind of condition requiring our services, however the most common include: 

• Developmental Delay 
• Hip Dysplasia 
• Torticollis
• Plagiocephaly 
• Cerebral Palsy 
• Autism Spectrum Disorder

Exercise Physiology/ Personal Training

Do you have an NDIS plan to help with your health and well-being?  We can assist you with an exercise physiologist or a personal trainer to get you back on track with your fitness or to help you get a job or continue to work.  Our team are regularly working with a range of different clients and have experience in helping people with a range of conditions.  We can provide onsite exercise sessions or at home exercise sessions.

Podiatry

If you require foot-care, orthotics or custom shoes then our podiatrists can work with you to provide you with the treatment that you need. General foot-care may include nail trimming and care, callous and bunions.  Our podiatrists are available for at home visits or clinic visits.

Dietitian Including Specialised Meal Plans

Our dietitians can help you with dietary advice and nutritional advice to assist with through a range of different conditions. Our dietitians can provide customised meal plans to aid in planning your meals so that you can stay on track. Clinic and home visit appointments are available.

Psychology

Psychology is important for our mental health, it can help us maintain our stress levels and also assist with feeling strong enough to get back into the job market or to maintain employment.  Our psychology team can help by providing assistance for a range of conditions to improve your mental health. Both clinic and home visit appointments are available.

Availability

Our team are available from Monday to Saturday, from 5.30am till 8.00pm providing flexibility to suit your needs. Our facility is wheelchair accessible making it easy for you to attend your appointments.
