6 WEEK PRE OR POST OP PROGRAM
Includes:
- One-hour Inital consultation
- 5 x weekly private one on one, 30 min EP session
- 60 minute boot camp 1 x per week
- Free casual access to the gym floor during the 6 week program

We are a judgement free zone and aim to ensure that everyone who attends our gym feels comfortable and is given the knowledge and tools to succeed! We believe that fitness is more than just exercise - it's about building confidence, strength and education. We understand that everyone's fitness journey is unique, which is why we will create a personalised training plan tailored to your specific goals and needs. During the program you will participate in one on one sessions with your EP as well as attending group classes.
