FEES & REBATES
At Southwest Wellness Centre, an initial consultation with a registered Dietitian is $160 and $80 for follow ups. Your GP may have mentioned 5 Medicare sessions, but it's important to note that these sessions aren’t entirely free—they’re subsidised.
If you have a Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) referral, Medicare covers part of the cost, and you pay the rest. You will pay $160 (or $80) on the day of your service with Medicare covering $60.35 your out-of-pocket cost will be $99.65. The rebate is generally paid into your account within 24 hours.
Your referral and care plan can be submitted via email to info@southwestwellness.com.au or ask your GP to fax it to 02 9182 5930.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice so we can offer your spot to someone else. Late cancellations may incur a $50 fee. If your appointment is on a Monday, please call by Saturday, as we’re closed Sundays.
