Our dietetics team is passionate about food, good health, and helping clients achieve their goals. Our dietitians can assist with the following:
- Understanding healthy eating
- Implementing positive eating habits/routines
- Incorporating intuitive eating skills
- Chronic illnesses such as: cardiovascular disease and diabetes
- The management of risk factors such as: high cholesterol and blood pressure
- Weight management: weight loss, weight gain
- Textured modified diets

What is a Dietitian?
A dietitian is a health professional that applies the science of food and nutrition to promote healthy living and assist clients in achieving their goals.
A dietitian’s role:
- Is not to judge you but to support, listen and encourage you in a way that works for you.
- To help you facilitate positive changes.
Who can see us?
Our dietitians currently see a range of clients:
- DVA
- NDIS
- Work Cover (on approval)
- Privately – self referred/ without a referral, HICAPS available on site
- Medicare – using an Enhanced Primary Care Plan (EPC) from GP (if eligible)
- Medicare – using an Eating Disorder Plan (EDP) from your GP and psychologist (if eligible)
NDIS clients
Our dietetics team are experienced in working with clients who with a range of medical conditions. Our team prides itself on working transparently with families, support staff, and other health professionals involved in their client’s care. Our team can see NDIS clients either at the clinic, home visits or via telehealth, if required.

Weight Loss or Weight Gain
Are you struggling to lose or gain weight?
The correct nutrition plan can make up 80% of your success in weight management, whether you are looking to lose weight or to gain weight.
Our dietitian can help to identify any food intolerance's, work around hormonal problems or structure a meal plan depending on your goal.
Our dietitian will do a full assessment on your current weight and measurements and then work reviewing your meal plan and re assessing you as progress.
NDIS Clients
Our dietitians have extensive experience in working with a range of different conditions from muscular to neurological. We work closely with your support coordinators, the NDIS, your planners and your family to ensure you get the most easy and effortless therapy to help you reach your goals. Your therapy can include clinic visits, home visits or telehealth if required.
Meal time management plans
